KIDS MINISTRY
In our Kids Ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way back to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
WHO'S INVOLVED?
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through sixth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.
CHILDREN ARE A HERITAGE FROM THE LORD, OFFSPRING A REWARD FROM HIM. LIKE ARROWS IN THE HANDS OF A WARRIOR ARE CHILDREN BORN IN ONE’S YOUTH. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE QUIVER IS FULL OF THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME WHEN THEY CONTEND WITH THEIR OPPONENTS IN COURT.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY KIDS?
Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into our Kids Ministry. We have a form that will be filled out by parents or parents will be asked to Check-In on the an ipad. Both formats will include your child’s name as well as information regarding specific allergies. From there you will walk them to their age-specific classroom.

WHAT'S HAPPENIN'?
SUNDAY MORNINGS
9AM: Life Groups for babies through 6th graders.
10:15 AM: (DURING WORSHIP SERVICE)
Extended Care for babies-4 years old
(those who have not yet started Kindergarten)
MDWK KIDS (WEDNESDAY NIGHTS)
We have childcare for babies through Preschool age children whose parents are attending a Bible Study on campus or serving on Wednesday nights.
MDWK KIDS is a fun and exciting time of Games, Worship, and Discipleship for kids in Kindergarten through 6th Grade.
Dropoff for MDWK KIDS begins at 6pm at the Kids Welcome Desk and classes are from 6:15-7:15pm.
MDWK KIDS takes place during the school year.
In the summers, we have monthly Family Fun Events.
